Be on time
Turn your phone OFF!
Communicate with your Therapist

Full surrender - Relax your body and mind
Drink water after your session
Refrain from alcohol or any other substances before attending your appointment
Follow through with any self-care recommendations
Where possible, allow yourself some 'quiet time' after your session so that your body can absorb the benefits of the massage
